"Easy repair and genuinely nice support"
I sent my ring back to VRAI for a small repair the whole thing was smoother than I thought it would be. The emails were easy to follow, and I never felt like I was bothering anyone when I had questions
When I got it back, it looked clean, fixed, and ready to wear again. It came back quickly too, so overall I’m really happy with how they handled it

"Pretty ring and a fair price"
I bought a lab-grown diamond ring from vrai, and overall I’m really happy with it. Compared to some other rings I looked at, the price felt reasonable for the quality, and it looks even nicer in person than I expected. The only downside was that shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, so I’d give it 4 stars

I ordered from vrai.com and I’ll admit I was a little nervous at first because I always worry about getting fooled when buying online. But the packaging actually made me feel a lot better. The box was sturdy, clean, and everything inside was placed really neatly without being too flashy or overdone. It felt special to open, but still simple. Nothing was damaged and there wasn’t any messy wrapping, which I really appreciated. Overall, it gave me a solid first impression.

Ordered a necklace from vrai delivery was solid overall. I got the tracking email quickly, and it actually kept updating most of the way, which is more than I can say for some other shipping nonsense.
It did show up one day later than the first estimate, which was a little annoying, but not a total disaster or anything. The box wasn’t beat to hell, and the necklace inside looked totally fine.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the delivery window could’ve been more specific instead of being kind of vague and dumb. Still, I’d order from them again.

"Still holding up really well"
I wear my VRAI ring basically every day and it still looks super good. No stones getting loose, no weird bending or anything, and it still has a nice shine even though I’ve definitely bumped it around a bit. I’m not exactly careful with my jewelry, so yeah, I’m impressed with how sturdy it feels.

The ring looks nice, but the sizing felt a bit off and it ended up being slightly too loose on me. I tried reaching out about it and got transferred around, which was annoying, but overall the main issue is just that the fit wasn’t quite right.

"Resizing took forever"
I sent my ring in to get resized and it took way longer than they told me it would. The updates were slow too, so I was kinda left wondering what was going on. The ring came back fine tho, no issues with that, but the whole wait was just frustarting.
